The Freedom Retractable Screen is the only retractable screen with a braking system that
enables the screen to stop in any position. This simple friction brake locks the screen in any position stopping it from retracting uncontrolled into the housing even if accidentally bumped or released.

This Patented brake system makes the Freedom Retractable Screen vastly superior to its competitors. Using the screen is safer as the handle won't spring back catching fingers between the handle and the housing.

The screen is unlocked by simply twisting the screen handle (no locks or latches required) and is automatically locked in place as you release the handle.

The Freedom braking system makes an immeasurable difference when screening large openings as the screen does not have to be opened fully to pass through and you don't have to hold the screen in a partially opened position.
