With regular warnings that meat is bad for you all over the media, experts say insects may be the next big thing in dining. In fact according to star chef Luke Nguyen, the era of insects as food is set to become the next big dining boom.
There are already around 2 billion people around the world than consume insects. Around 1900 species of insects are currently being eaten around the globe and according to Nguyen insects will become like sushi was 20 years ago.
