If you’re a fan of donuts, and have an adventurous palette, you may want to try the new donuts in town, insect donuts.

Flavours available include a cookie and crumbs topping, shredded wheat, raspberry jam and salt and vinegar flavored crickets.

The  “Bushtucker” doughnut swaps the sprinkles for insects at a doughnut store in London. The doughnut is a limited edition treat honouring Bushtucker Trial from popular television show “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here”.

Customers who complete the challenge of consuming one of the £4.50 cricket-topped confectionery treats will be given a gold star. The stars can then be exchanged for a free doughnut for a limited period.

Contestants on the reality series must do things like eating live insects in order to earn meals.
