Keeping insects away from your family doesn’t need to involve alot of effort, frustration and chemicals. Here are some simple but effective ways to keep them away from you and your loved ones.

  1. Eat bug repellent foods. Dont know how effective this one is but its worth a try. Apple cider vinegar and garlic are 2 of the best options.
  2. Rub onions or fresh lemon peels on your skin to prevent insect bites.
  3. Surprisingly bugs dont like vanilla, so mix some vanilla extract with water and spray.
  4. Spray some natural mint mouthwash as a repellent
  5. Turn on a fan to prevent insects from settling.
  6. Always make sure you have screens fitted to your windows and doors.
