According to The Australian Snakebite Project, commissioned by the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service, Australians are more likely to be attacked by a snake in a suburban setting rather than in the bush.
The shocking revelation came after more than 1500 cases were examined, and half of the incidents involved people in residential areas.
